    What program is the best for editing VOB files. I need to split, join, add subtitles, add text, and to burn it back to a DVD movie. I often have 10-12 different VOB to edit back to one DVD. What program should I use?

    I doubt very much there is one programme that do all this.

    Try Womble Mpeg Video Wizard. It doesn't burn media, but it works perfectly opening vobs or mpegs, cutting, joining, adding text and effects.
