  1. I need some help. I would like to transfer files from a computer to another computer situated in a different country.How is that possible?

    If they're both on Internet, I'd say use PutFile service as a gobetween, of perhaps transfer the files using AIM or something.

    If it's not too big you could always e-mail it.

    If it IS too big, burn it onto a CD and mail the CD.

  4. How quickly must this be done? I'd say to burn it to a CD and post it to the location of the other machine. Otherwise, you could put it into a split ZIP or RAR file (so it splits the archive up into chunks of xMB) and e-mail it gradually.

    350 meg? I'd mail a CD.

    Downloading, unless you have a VERY good broadband, will take most of the day any way. May as well wait for the CD.
