-vf harddup option in ffmpegx??

Hi,
I trying to make a xvid file that is compatible with the pmp mod player for the psp. However I have failed at every turn.
I found out that if I encode with xvid mencoder using the -vf harddup mencoder option, it might solve my problem. But I can't find this option anywhere in ffmpegx. Is there an option for this is the gui or is this strictly a command line option.
