WMP and VCD

Hi All,
I created my first test VCD last night, only 8 seconds long with audio, but by golly it worked.
The only software player I've got is the Media Player in 98Me.
When I play it the window is about 4" x 5". I guess I was expecting it to play full screen on my 17" monitor. I assume it can. What do I do to enlarge the Media Player window?

while playing the movie press Alt + Enter to see it in full-screen...
To get it in normal size again press Esc or Alt + Enter again... =)

I cruised around WMP 7.1 and didn't find any mention of this.
Is there a manual somewhere?
