    Does any one have any experiences with any of these Divx players?

    Velocity DVD-2311 is currently onsale at http://www.thetechgeek.com/content/product.php?pid=7042

    and Desay and Accurian are available at Radio?hack. I would like to know if anyone had tried these machines with Divx and subtitles. I couldn't find any information on what kind of subtitles are supported by each machine. Do they only support .srt type flat file or do they support .idx/.sub binary image files. Thanks.

    I don't know about those players, but the OPPO OPDV971H can handle both.

    I guess the main differences between OPPO and the ones I have mentioned is that OPPO is around $200 while these are in the $40-$60 ranges.
