"VSS Enterprise" is the spacecraft name to be given to the first planned commercial space flight of Virgin Galactic, with its first launch slated just 4 years from now in 2010. So far, they've accumulated a short list of paid passengers including William Shatner, Sigourney Weaver, Moby, Robbie Williams, and two celebs a lot of people would like to see shot into space (grin) - Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie.

    William Shatner and Sigourney Weaver?

Well, if their ship gets abducted by aliens we know Sigourney can kick their asses - but that's only if she can pry Shatner away from "romancing" them first.

Ahh, a woman's work is never done....

Exactly the kind of accident I was thinking about. How can she resist his hairy chest. Ditto for him about her white briefs. It is going to get foggy up there. Gorilla sex in the mist.

Ah, too bad, Siggy is gone south and poor Bill will have to be held in the cargo bay. I wonder what the best rate that Bill got was?

As much as I would like to go for a ride in space, what fun would that be? They need a space campout or "outward bound" You know, test your skills, like changing out your oxygen tanks during a space walk or build a re-entry survival capsule from drifting sattelites. Drive the moon buggies and play the back nine at tranquility. Build a moongloo and spend a night in it for a badge. Sure, any ten year old can build a camp fire in the rain, but can you do it in the vacume of space? Send Morse code back to Earth with a parabolic mirror.

Oh, and the sporting events could be great! The 6000lb Kling and jerk? The javelin? A home run to deep center could be like 450.....miles! And slide 300ft to steal home. How about the pole vault into orbit? You would have to use an Atlas stone for the shot put. A basketball freethrow would have to be pretty far and the basket would need to be 90' high (who says white boys can't jump?) You would need to use a bowling ball to play soccer and be careful not to crack open your helmet when you head butt the ball or other players. And American foot ball? Average 50,000 yards passing in a game a 800 yard feild goal and 10,000 yards rushhopping. Darts at the local bar? Horseshoes? The possibilities are endless.

Just for fun they ought to send a crew of ruffian construction workers up there to try some things out. Say like put them on the moon in their spacesuits and give them some common objects, tools and equipment to play with. And then give them a keg of beer and see if they can get the beer out of the keg and into their mouths without killing themselves, and then see how they relieve themselves if they drink all of the beer and keep a cigarette lit at the same time.
IS IT SUPPOSED TO SMOKE LIKE THAT?
