Hi, I am rather a newbie to Video capture, etc, but a friend has asked me to put a professionally made motor racing video (Bathurst 1000 from Mt Panorama) on to DVD for him. Capture seems OK, but when I try to convert, the result is very average - esp the high speed shots.
Have tried various editing settings, and I'm not happy with result. Am I expecting too much, or is there a secret???
(The best MPEG result I can get is only 70-80 % of the original video quality).
    Any ideas????
    Take care, Wayne (aka Walpoo)
