I downloaded the trial version of DVD lab. Nice program but, , , things keep disappearing on me. Like the movie, the file, invalid whatever, crash and burn. Crash I can figure out, trying to import the wrong thing. But when I finished a project, saved it, compiled it, burnt it. I truly expect it to be there when I look for it again. This has happened more than once. With can't find message comes up.

Has this problem been answered before or is it just me?

Perhaps one of the limitations of the trial version is that you can't save your projects ?
    If in doubt, Google it.

You CAN save with the trial version. What folder are you saving to when the compile window comes up? Not your temp folder but your save to folder. You are searching for a video_ts folder and not a filename with software like Powerdvd or windvd, right?

I did three projects. Saved all in separate folders. (6total) The 3rd project does not come up in the file drop down list. I had to re-import the assets to my dismay.

I was considering purchasing this program, but I cant afford to have a project lost in two hard drives and not know which folder it was sent to. I think I am going to carefully consider the pros and cons of this program and see if there is something equally decent. You notice I did not say "as good".
