Used DVI>VGA adapter supplied with videocard to connect monitor.
Got no signal at all.
I've seen other people's posts in other forums with the same problem, so it's not solely
To prevent further questions, this is WHY I want to connect monitor that way:
My Plasma TV (Pan. 42PA50E) has no DVI or VGA inputs
My LCD monitor (LG1730S) has no DVI input, only VGA
My videocard (GF6800GT) has DVI, VGA, & SVHS outs.
I need VGA out to connect my plasma tv using VGA>component transcoder, so, I can use only DVI to connect monitor
Please, help me solve this mystery, I want to use this card and monitor in the future and not planning to change it.
