Are there possibly any blank dual layer DVD-RWs on the market? If not, is there any kind of DVD copying software that can split up a 7.5GB disc and be able to put it on two regular DVDs?

There are lots of programs that can do option that. Freeware wise IFOEdit and DVDFab are popular. DVDFab is no longer freeware but previous freeware verisons are stll floating around here and at http://www.doom9.org
