I have transferred 7 VHS tapes to my PC via the passthrough of my MiniDV camera. I have always been able to load the avi into VirtualDub, crop, filter and etc then resize to Half D1. I then feed this to Procoder 2 and do a VBR 2 pass. The results are excellent.
This time the results are always jerky, like watching it in 10fps. If I only do a resize and no filtering it looks good. ANY filtering with VD and it is jerky.
Any ideas on what has happened? What is the best method of cropping, filtering, resizing then encoding?
I am only using VirtualDubMod and Procoder2. I have the Mainconcept DV codec 4.0.2 I think.

Nobody seems interested in this so I thought I would update it myself.
I deleted the Procoder custom profiles and stareted from scratch and the output is perfect now. Must have been something I changed or a currpt profile.
Thanks myself...
No problem...you're welcome!
