FFdshow / DivX question.

I have these video and audio codecs: FFdshow 20040405 , Ac3 filter 0.70b , DivX Codec Packs .

This is my question:

The ffdshow already contains DivXs codecs, so should I delete the DivX codec that I dled from divx.com ?

And, any recommendation on which FFdshow release is good?

They don't really conflict with each other. You can leave them be for now.

Some of my anime video files does work and some doesn't works.

I mean for example, you have dl lots of anime video files and all the files works great until something strange occures.

Suddenely some of the files works and some doesn't.

It's the fifth time for me now, that this strange problem occurs.

Anyone know what kind of problem this is?


It happned after when I uninstalled BsPlayer and installed the latest bs player version.


Look at the first post and you will see what codecs I have.

Not helping much. In general, I don't uninstall BSPLayer at all, but rather, install OVER the existing version.

You need to find out what's the format for the ones that do work, using GSpot, and THEN we can do some troubleshooting.
