  1. Hi
I try using tmpgenc to convert this file to mpg2 (dvd compliant)

    File : 490 MB (490 MB), duration: 0:49:10, type: DSH, 1 audio stream(s), quality: 63 %
    Video : 411 MB, 1170 Kbps, 29.970 fps, 352*240 (4:3), = ffdshow MPEG-4 Video, Supported
    Audio : 78 MB, 224 Kbps, 44100 Hz, 2 channels, 0x50 = Mpeg-1 audio Layer 1, Supported

but when i try to open the video file it tell me that
"file can not be open or unsupported. "

I installed ffdshow and i can play this file with no problem in windows media player
When i go into the environemental variable , vfapi pluggin i do not see mpg4 anywhere ?

anyone can help me with this issue ?

tmpgenc and ffdshow decoding doesn't seem to work that good lately.

try instead avisynth frameserving, read https://forum.videohelp.com/viewtopic.php?t=284288
