    sir,

I do not know anything about video files.

I would like to create a mpeg2 file for cdrom (i only have a cdrom burner).

I have recorded files from tv on my dreambox 7000s, in ts format. I convert them to program stream/ demux it in mpv and mpa with instrumento, i cut them (for advertising and right start/end) with mpeg schnitt.

But then, i have a mpv and mpa file, then i want to create a mpeg2 file for a cd rom (half an hour playtime). I do not know how to realize that, do you have a recommendation for me?

    Greetings

muxman can multiplex the audio and video and give you a single mpeg file.
    Read my blog here.

Unfortunately after that muxman would cut it in multiple vob files, create ifo's and so on - complete DVD structure. Well, not very convenient for CD.

I would suggest you create SVCD (Super Video Compact Disc). Firstly look at the left bottom of the forum screen "What is" "SVCD". Then search in the How to - All Guides and "to SVCD".
mpv and mpa are basically elementary streams mpv = mpeg video, mpa=mpeg audio. You need them both in certain "shape" to be suitable for SVCD creation.
    You can start here
