    i have a dvd player with vga connector,i connected it to a monitor but could not see picture on the monitor screen.I need assistance on how to connect the dvd player with monitor without interfacing with computer.

    It probably needs to be activated thru the menu. My one will only play VGA when the composite is turned off.
