I have two needs but not sure if a product can support this

Hi,

Basically I have two needs: -

1 - To be able to receive Freeview digital TV on my PC (would prefer via USB)

2 - I have an old camcorder with very small tapes inside (God I'm a newbie!) and would like to capture this onto my PC to edit and convert back to DVD

Is there a product that can do both?
