    What really good programs can create an iso image from either a DVD or
    video and audio ts folders?

    MagicISO
    Undisker
    CDBurnerXP
    PowerISO

    ... to name but a few.

    Go to mode > ISO Read.
    Browse to where you want to save the ISO file.
    Hit Start.

    Only works from a DVD.

    I always use DVD Shrink with the 'no compression' option. It also validates the DVD structure, which is nice.
