i converted my ps1 joystick so i can connect it in my pc through the parallel port. i also installed a joystick emulator software so my windows xp could detect it. i used it for emulating old games from nintendo64, snes, ps1 in my pc. i successfully uninstalled these joystick emulator softwares after the children got tired of playing with it, but when i restarted my pc, windows xp detects the joystick (though the joystick is no longer attached in my pc) and tries to reinstall the joystick emulator softwares. i can't find them in my msconfig and start up. i search them in my registry and deleted some values which i think have something to do with these softwares but after i restarted xp they are still there and xp detected them and try to reinstall them. i think they were joystick_de_consola and directpadxp something...forgot already the name of these softwares coz i deleted already the installers. i don't have windows xp restore and i still don't have time to reformat my windows xp.
