Burning an none audio ogm file to DVD

OK thanks everyone who helped me last time with my ogg problems now I got a new one. I was able to demux using ogmdemuxer the both audios english and japanese that were in an ogm file I downloaded but it also extracted a chapers info list and a selectable subtitle.. so it gave me a video with no audio a japanese audio and english audio and subtitle file. I wanted to know if theres any way for me to make a dvd with all the features I just listed?? Also I want to to this to at least six episodes I have downloaded to fit into one dvd with menus and everything.. I don't know if I'm explaining myself right.. I tried using avi2dvd but it does not let me load up the audio part... please help me!!!!

I would suggest BeSweet with BeSweetGUI for audio encoding, Avisynth with HC or QuEnc for video encoding and GFD for authoring with subtitles.
