I have a PAL 16:9 capture from Standard Definition Digital TV.
It is a source which is 4:3 in ratio...but with black bars on
left and right to make 16:9 W/S.

I have an edited TS which I want to re-encode using CCE 267
    to fill 4:3 ratio TV.

I normally use FitCD to create an avysynth file for using with
    CCE 267.

It says it is 704 x 576 when I load into FitCD.

What settings would I need to put into output part of FitCD...
and CCE 267....to get a 4:3 ratio DVD file??

    I know only for TMPGEnc.
I set input source 16:9 and output 4:3. That way, I letterbox the 16:9 transmission
The alternative way, is to crop left and right, and zoom the picture. You loose a great amount of picture, but you get full screen if neccessary
    I prefer the first method
