    You can find them with the Temporary Internet Files. Copy them to another folder and use VLC to play them back.

    Are you talking about the cache?
    If you are I couldn't get this to work.
    When I played back the file it was just 'noise'....

    Look in your Temporary Internet Files directory. I get a file called get_video.php. Change the extension to flv (i.e., "Arnold Rave.flv") and you can play it with MPC or any Flash player.
