Can anyone recommend a people finding service?
Preferably one you or someone you know has experience with.
It can be Internet based or not. I used one several years ago to track down a couple of old friends but it seems to be out of business now.

Are you referring to a service like Whitepages.com or something that searches for people that may be in hiding, changed their name, or that sort of thing?

I guess so.
The person I want to find isn't hiding (I think).
The other service I used b4 returned my friends current address, her mom's address, the names of her roomates, etc.
It was a great service. I'm wary of using a new company who might take my $ and later tell me their search turned uo nothing.I don't have a bad attitude...

Whitepages.com will do a simple search for free, but if you want to turn up all that additional info then you need to subscribe. But the simple search will give you the name and address of everyone that matches the name you enter.
