Help with Video!!

I have made cd's that worked for the videoNow color. For some reason when i try to make a music video that is not a cartoon it dose not work. And i can't see the video i know if i try to look at the video i made. you should see it and the sound should sound ugly. But i got no video.. What do i need to do? Can i fix this?
