    I dont find any tool that can fix mpg movies
    There are many tools that can fix movies with avi, mov, rm, wmv and asf extension but there are no tools for fixing mpg videos.

    Why is that?
    Is there some tool that can fix mpg movies?

    Try videoredo or mpeg-vcr they both have repair/quickstream fix options.

    Or try remultiplex the mpeg with tmpgenc, file->tools simple multiplex. It may help for some mpegs.

    Or try projectx or pvastrumento, mainly for dvb/ts mpg streams.
