I must me missing something simple and I am hope for a point in the right direction.
I'm new to premiere pro but have used premiere 6.0. I am trying to adjust volume levels in the timeline with keyframes added for the volume adjustment (no audio effects). When I create a volume level adjustment, up or down and play the clip, the levels in the meter are not changing, If a volume is clipping, and I drag the rubber band (term adapted from 6.0) down, the clip volume still clips.
If any readers remember using premiere 6.0, you could adjust track volume by slecting the red rubber band in the time line making 2 points with the selection tool and pulling the rubber band down. This does not seem to be working for me in pro?? What am I missing and please tell me it's my stupid mistake.
I have tried pulling the volume all the way to the bottom and playing the clip with no change in volume. Also. I have tried setting the mixer controls to Read, Write and Latch with no change in this issue.
It has to be me, plese let it be something I am doing wrong.
