I recently converted 2 XviD files into to SVCD MPEGs, and realized they are too big to fit on 2 80min CDRs (I think). I tried burning them in Nero 7, and it reports that they are too large. The clip time is under 80min on each file, but the file size is over 1GB.
What is the best way to span these two MPGs over 3 CDs to fit it properly?
Cheers,
Dave

ok, i took the fairly large mpg files, and spit them into 35min chunks with the mpg splitter within tmpgenc. i burned as svcd but there are some serious audio synth issues towards the end of the discs. for one 35min svcd i had to join two files. the end of the 1st original mpg and beginning of the 2nd file. it was a pretty confusing process, and the results were less than desireable. the audio splitter/joiner within tmpgenc seems to be pretty crappy.
is there a better way i could do this, preferably spanning three svcds instead of 4, and with no audio synth issues?
