    Hello,
I want to email a powerpoint presentation with audio definitely and video possibly. How can I do that? I tried emailing once and it emails the ppt presentaion but not with the audio. Tried finding a Micro Office messageboard to post this question with little success, hopefully someone here knows! Thanks.

Are you packaging the presentation before emailing it?

I am not sure what you mean by that honestly. Basically I created a very short ppt presentation I want to send to a few friends that includes audio and possibly video. When I first tried emailing it I simply included the ppt file as an attachment but when my friends got it, it did not include the audio. I just want to find out how I can email them the ppt presentation so when it opens up the audio is included. thanks

Under "File", there should be an option for "Pack and Go". This packages all of the audio and pictures into one file so that it can be shared as a whole. Otherwise, I believe you are simply emailing the .ppt file that just contains pointers to the audio and not the actual audio itself.
