I used to be able to download movie trailers using QuickTime Pro 6, save them as .mov files, convert them to .mpg using TMPGEnc Plus 2.5, and finally re-encode the files using TMPGEnc DVD Author with the Dolby Digital add-on. This process allowed me to prepare the files to be burned or further manipulated using DVD Shrink 2.5.
Ever since QuickTime 7 came out, everything seems to have changed. I had to upgrade to the Pro version to save trailers once again, but I am having problems getting the audio to come out now after going through the process described in the paragraph above. The problem seems to be with TMPGEnc Plus 2.5, but I don't know for sure. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Ren
