hey everyone. so im using TMPGEnc to encode my avi files into MPEG2 so i can burn them onto DVD. i'm trying to use roxio dvd builder to author but i have found that the quality of the dvd sucks probably due to it is reencoding my mpegs. any suggestions on how to burn my mpegs without reencoding. i'm trying tsunami MPEG but the mpegs i have can't be uploaded due to a "sequence header" error....so i'm lost

convert correct and tmpgenc dvd author can import the mpgs. load the dvd template in tmpgenc or use the wizard and select dvd.

or search for tmpgenc sequence header for more information.

Look to the upper left for 'What is' DVD <<<< and you will see the DVD specs. If you adhere to those, your authoring program should not re-encode. If it still does, use a different authoring program or turn that option off.
