Basically, yes, since a BIN is an image of one disc.
However, you could mount each BIN with daemon tools, then combine them (using DVDShrink) to ine DVD. The procedure would be exactly the same as to merge 2 DVD discs to one DVD.
So, you can't merge the BIN's, but whats inside the BIN's.

What's inside the BIN's? Like I said, a BIN is just an image of a disc, and like a disc, can contain anything. I was presuming they where images of Video DVD discs - but that was perhaps jumping to conclusions?

ok these are the folders and files inside the bin first is the folder then after that are the files within the folder

    cdi
    ext - lot_x.vcd; psd_x.vcd
    mpegav - avseq01
    segment
    vcd - entries.vcd; info.vcd; lot.vcd; psd.vcd

and it looks like the other two bins contain the same layout

i have three bins tryin to burn to one disc

Those a VCD images. Mount with daemon tools, and follow some VCD to DVD guide found left.
Basically, extract the mpg from the VCD's with VCDGear, then just author the ectracted mpg's with TMPGenc DVD Author.
You'll be able to fit 6-7 of these to a DVD.

Hmm... Yes, eve tho there was a while since for me too, I think you're correct!
No need to mount the images before running them thru VCDGear.
