    I'm using adobe premiere pro 1.5 and I want to export the audio from my video file so that I can make some changes to it in Sony's Sound Forge 8, what is the best quality setting to export it at? Windows waveform? Microsoft AVI ?

    The footage was imported from my Sony vx2000

    I would use the WAV format. That should be the best quality format to get audio from a DV file.
