  1. hey guys,

i was always a big fan of mainconcepts encoder and use this tool now for several years. its fast, good quality and doesnt eat up my resources. anway..

recently i have the problem whenever i encode a AVI, XVID, (whatever) to DVD (MPEG2 audio) i dont get an audio signal. and sometime only for 1 second at the beginning of the encoded file. this i driving me crazy as hell...
i checked all my setting and they are right, all my codecs and they also seem to be OK (as i can encode probably with any other encoder). also: i tried to install another version (MC MPEG encoder) but this also doesnt work.

    i run version MC h.264 Encoder V2
    XP sp1-2, AMD 2000+

    does anybody have an idea?

  2. You could try to uninstall your codec pack(s) and install again instead of installing a new version of MC
