I've had problems using GraphEdit. I get a "format is not supported" error from media player when I try to open the file.
Here's my graph:
The "Capture.avi" box is a dump filter I downloaded and have used successfully capturing from the hardware encoder. I'm a noobie with GraphEdit, so I'm sure I'm missing something simple.
For those of you who are always asking why someone wants to do something, please just take it for granted that I want to use GraphEdit to capture AVI and leave it at that.
Thanks.

If you replace your dump to CAPTURE.AVI with VIDEO RENDERER, does it play on screen?

Try to replace the dump filter with a File Writer Filter
(from the Directshow filters).
For slk001 : after an AVI MUx filter, there is no chance even to connect to the Video renderer...Paul Glagla
