I'm trying to encode some MPEG2 files I converted from .tivo format using Direct Show Dump into a format for my iPod (and TV viewing). I've tried using the iPod MPEG4 and H.264 formats however the audio on these encodings seems to be slightly off (maybe 1-2 seconds). Prior to the ffmpegx version with iPod support I seem to remember encoding with the PSP format with the audio sync issue. Any ideas on how I might tweak the settings to get the audio and video in sync?
Thanks,
David
btw, if I try to choose decode with Quicktime I get the following error:
