Inconsistent ink flow with CIS sysyem for Epson R200

Hi, Im a newbie to this forum AND CIS systems, I hope you can help me? I recently bought a wholesale ink system on ebay. After the initial set up which included purging the system at least 2 or 3 times, the system performed well for about 2 weeks. However, I am now getting sporadic flow from the yellow cartridge. I have once again purged the lines and cartridge, this helped but only briefly. I have checked the tube for kinking but it all looks fine. Can anybody suggest a solution and if anyone has any other problems with this particular system I'd be interested.
