Multiple chapters to one

What I have now: a DVD5 and 6 short movies (titles) in it (no menus). Every title contains 5-7 chapters. What I like to do is combine all chapters to one. So in the end I have 6 titles and every title contains only one chapter.

So how can combine multiple chapters to one chapter? What program can do this? Thanks in advance

One way would be to reauthor it in your authoring tool of choice and remove all but the first chapter stop for each title. I like TMPGEnc DVD Author for this.

DVDRemake can probably just remove the chapter stop as well without the need to reauthor.
