hey there, how can i find out which service pack i currently have on my comp. and where can i got to dowload the newest one? reason being, i got this Nokia 6620 cell phone, and it comes with software that lets u sync stuff from ur comp. to the phone. only problem is that when i try installing the USB connectivity drivers, i get the error saying that it requires at least service pack 1. so please, any advice would be greatly appreciated. thanks.

Right click on "My computer" (on your desktop) select properties and read the tab that comes up. It should say if you have any service packs installed.
-
the GENERAL tab doesnt say anything about a service pack though...

Then you don't have any installed if its Windows XP.
IT should say something like
System:
Microsoft Windows XP
Professional
Version 2002
Service Pack 1
Sounds like your missing alot of updates. -
Hit the windows key and the pause/break key on the keyboard.
