CD-R making it fit

My friend had Advent Children on CD it was 360Mb and she got it down from a 700MB size..

How do i do that . its 700MB and i want it smaller so it can fit on CD

Also how do i get the subs to work with it. I do have the SRT file, just how do i get it on with the CD so the subs come up

Take it from the top.
A CD is just a shiny piece of plastic - not anything to apply any special conversion method to.
What is 700 mb?
What do you want to put on a CD with subs?
(700 MB is the normal capacity of a CD-R, so that shouldn't impose any problem per se)

oops i meant "friend"

The size is about 699MB

And i have a SRT File so how do i get it down to about 400MB so it can fit on CD and how can i get it on with subs. ^^
