VOBs into chapters as mpgs?

Is there anyway to rip an (unprotected) dvd which contains say 5 chapters spread across 4 VOBs, into the 5 chapters?

I see many posts here to get the whole thing in one VOB but not the other way around?

Closest ive seen is something under the IFO tab in DVD decytpter which saves the chapter info. I dont think it saves the actual chapters

I have many dvds and just want to get the chapters saved as discrete mpgs

Any clues?
