hi, i recently purchased the full version of fraps and as of late i've been screwing around recording in game footage of myself playing video games. well recently i started having a problem that i didn't notice i was having before. you see it seems that the audio is out of sync or something in the last two videos i recorded which can both be viewed here.

if you view them you'll see what i'm talking about.

i recorded them using the latest version of fraps 640x480, half size, 100 fps, record sound checked, and i'm almost positive detect best sound input is checked also.

also if it helps my sound card is a creative audigy 2 zs and my mother board also has built in sound but i have that disabled and only use the audigy 2 zs.

if you view the videos you'll see what i'm talking about it just seems the audio is out of sync or something and whats really weird is if i watch the videos on my pc which i recorded the videos on the audio plays fine its only out of sync when i watch them on any other computer.

i should also mention after recording the videos i encode them to to divx 6.0, unconstrained profile using virtualdub.

does anybody know why my audio is out of sync or have any suggestions i may want to try?

is there an audio option in virtual dub i want to use when encoding?

any help would be greatly appreciated.

  2. I have a similar issue as mentioned elsewhere. Did you managed to find a solution?
