When I output movies to my TV, the lowest quarter of the image on my TV looks shifted and flickers. This only happens with video overlay and not when viewing normal Windows operations.
I've tried updating and downgrading ffdshow (currently using 20051129) and updating my Nvidia Forceware to 81.95, but nothing helped.
I think it may be a video-driver error so I'm gonna downgrade to something in the 4x.xx range tomorrow to see if that helps. I also think it may be DirectX 9.0c causing trouble.
My computer is a A64 3200+ with 1024 mb pc3200 RAM and a Geforce4 Ti4200 128mb videocard.
Help with any suggestions or solutions to this problem will be greatly appreciated.
