    I want to edit an mpeg2 file but want to keep it in the same format.
    Is it possible to do that through-
    TMPGEnc 3.0 Express

    no use mpeg2 editor like tmpgenc mpeg editor, videoredo, cuttermaran.

    I downloaded cuttermaran but it doesn't load mpeg2 video.

    It does, but you need to demux it first. Look in the tools section for demuxing tools like rejig.
