I have an ISO in Pal format, and want to remove region or convert to NTSC...whichever is easier. Can someone please point me in the right direction, to the most practical solution for me to play this in a standalone dvd player?
(I know this question has probably been asked, answered and shit on 100 times this week and I apologize for the duplicate... but everything I've tried so far has just been eating up time and discs).

look at the GUIDES SECTION to the left<<<<<<<<<
you're going to have to convert it to a NTSC format in order for it to play back correctly.
easy way out would be to buy a cheapo dvd player that plays PAL & NTSC format. -
When you burn the ISO image it's gonna be region free anyways,
It's the PAL format the video is in you need to worry about.
You're better off doing what budz say's,
