    I have extracted a mpeg file from a svcd with the intention of converting it to a dvd.

    However there seems to be a problem with it. svcd2dvdmpg stops during the coversiom and nero vison express fails at about 67%.

    Is there any way to repair?

    Does it play properly as a SVCD? Is there any damage to the surface of the disc?

    Does the extracted version play?

    MPEG is not easy to repair.

    Do the log files from either program tell you anything ?

    No there is nothing. It just stops converting.
