  1. How big are the resulting AVI of your captures?
    What codec do you use and resolution, and how long it the video length.

    Just curious .. would like to know how much 1hour of Huffuyv = too ..?

  2. Capturing using VirtualDub and Huffy, my 60 Gig hard drive can capture a little over 6 hours.

    Yeah i get a bit over that using huffy and avi_io
    on twin 40 gig hard drives using 68 gigs for capture.

    Btw Thats capturing at a resolution of 384x288 with 48,000hz,16bit,stereo for sound

  5. Anyone using the Vdub / AVI_IO spill over thing ? Or segmented captures? Can you notice anything in the playback like where they have been joined?

    Nah playback is smooth no trouble whatsoever using avi_io cant even notice where there joined
