I have a question...
I am using an ATI ALL-IN-WONDER 8500 Card to capture my VHS to DVD mpeg2. The video captures fine and the audio sounds great on my PC when played back. I am having an issue with the audio coming out very "tingy" and crackling once I author the video (using TMPEG DVD Author) and burn to DVD (also using TMPEG DVD Author)
Any idea why?
I use the MMC 9.1 to setup my captures.
Here are my capture settings:
VHS to DVD
MPEG-2 (Type)
352 x 480 NTSC, 3.92 M Bit/sec (Video)
48.000 KHZ, 16 bit, Stereo (Audio)
These were settings I found on the web that someone recomended.
Thanks
