I have several videos on my pc in HD some 720p and 1080I. What is the ideal refresh rate that my card should be set at for optimal viewing. Thanx all.

1080i has the same refresh rate as 480i 59.94 fields/sec (29.97 frames per second)
PAL region 1080i is 50 fields/sec (25 frames per sec.)
720p can be one of the following
59.94 frames per second (abc, fox, espn)
29.97 frames per second (usually a 1080i conversion)
23.976 frames per second (film rate)Recommends: Kiva.org - Loans that change lives.
