  1. They used to sell this software in Best Buy before it was declared illegal, but you can find various versions of it on the web. My question is, why isn't this software listed in the "tools" section on this site?

  2. Probably because its crapware. Why buy when you can use dvdfab decrypter and dvd shrink since there both "FREE"

    And do a better job - they rip the newer protection, and have a better quality shrinking capability without the second rate disclaimer

    About the only thing that DVDXCopy had going for it was the one-button copy of movie-only. You didn't need to see or know anything about the structure of the DVD. Or was that just DVDXCopy Express?
    Anyway, both programs have been OBE (Overcome By Events).

    ebenton, it was DVDXCopy Express. Anyway, it was the worst backup tool ever. Many people hate seeing warning screens, fbi warnings and strip these away from their dvds. However, DVDXcopy added an additional annoying warning screen to look at.
