Only sd2.mpg file no dvd possible ?

Is it possible to only output the sd2.mpg file without having svcd2dvd create the dvd ?

Because i have an xbox360 with media center pc, i would like to be able to do that. The 360 only plays wmv's or mpeg's. What i do now is :

-- convert divx/avi to dvd with svcd2dvd
-- Delete the created dvd and use the sd2.mpg file for the 360

Is it possible to skip the dvd creation process and have svcd2dvd stop when the sd2.mpg file(s) are finished ?

No but you can click the abort button.... Are you saying that the 360 doesn't play DVDs?

I can click the abort button when i am monitoring it, but it would be nice if it could stop be itself

The 360 can play dvd's, but i have all "internet" movies on my mediacenter pc so it can stream it around the house to a 360.

The 360 can stream pics/music/video, video only when you have a window media center 2005 o.s. And to complicate things further ; only mpeg and wmv..

Guess MS wants you to buy a media center pc/o.s. to stream video.

I found that most other divx-mpeg converters give worse image quality then svcd2dvd, so have to do this "workaround".

Keep up the good work, great program! (and when you have time, please consider an sd2.mpg output only "button" on your next release)

Should do the job for you. It will process all assets to S2D mpegs. (as far as i remember...)
