Got scratched disk with Isobuster but....

Hope this is the right forum for my question.
I got a disc fromk a friend which had a scratch on it.Tried shrink it kept stopping at 19%.Tried decripterkept stoping at 19%.
Tried isobuster and hit the same 19% but ignored all warnings and kept going.It seemed to pick away at it and eventually did get a full 100%.
Now i have all the vobs and ifos but when i take them to nero to burn i get a warning
Dvd -Video file relocation failed
resulting dvd might be un-playable.
I have burnt the dvd but it will only play in one of my five dvd players.

Is there anyway of reloacating the files or has isobuster just skipped the file.It seems to play fine by the way.Menues and everything.

Try:
DVDFab Decrypter to rip.
DVDShrink to compress and make an ISO.
DVDDecrypter or Imgburn to burn.
They're all free and it's what I use to make a backup.
